Thread: Highly Experienced Static LF Tanks/Melee for Fast 3.2 Progression

About Us
We are an experienced raid team focused on fast, efficient progression raiding. Our static consists of members from Singapore, Japan, Australia, and the US. As a team, we have raided through Alexander: Gordias (Savage) and achieved the server 3rd kill on A4S. All current members are experienced with cutting-edge progression raiding and have multiple top kills among us.

The group is close-knit, has fun, and cracks a lot of jokes but we are serious about destroying raid content. We've had a few members decide to leave the game recently, and thus are opening recruitment.

Goals
Although we strive for server 1st/a high world ranking, we realize that all our members have other commitments such as work, school, etc. As a result, efficiency is key so we expect all members to be well-prepared and committed to the raid. We raid with the time that we have. This ends up being usually from 7/8PM GMT+9 (or as soon as everyone is home) until we drop, every day if possible (personal schedules permitting) during progression. We will fall back to a more relaxed schedule upon completion of the current raid content.
Although we may be described as a hardcore group, we do not raid ridiculous hours.
Our overall goal is to have fun, play our jobs optimally, and clear efficiently with the time that we have.

Recruitment Priority
At the moment, we are recruiting 3 main roles: Main Tank, Off Tank, and Melee DPS. As we are a very flexible group, we are willing to consider skilled applicants in other roles as well.
Preferences (NOT absolute requirements):

MT: Ability to play both DRK and PLD
OT: WAR; with VIT & STR sets (although 3.2 may change this)
Melee: NIN & DRG have priority (amazing if you can play all 3)

We prefer that any prospective applicant is able to use voice communication. We work as a collaborative team, thus everyone's participation in discussion and strat development is essential. It is also preferred that you have a stable internet connection.

Current Plan
We would ideally like to fill out our roster ASAP, hopefully finalizing it after the 3.2 date announcement at the end of January. The goal is to build synergy before 3.2 by completely optimizing and pushing for speed kills on Alex Savage and other content.
