can the default selection for anything your character cant use be pass? am sure am not the only one whos rushing out of the dungeon and ends up with an item they just have to discard. if anything put prices on them so we can npc them. or maybe trade it for something else. might be a bit much to ask but even the possibility of trading it with an npc with that mhachi farthing would be gret then if i accidently get something i can use my farthing

I'm not sure I understand this. As far as I knew of, you have to roll on something, for it to actually drop into your inventory in 24man raids. Even if you don't roll, if the roll timer expires, and no ones greeded, it hits the floor. So in my eyes, two things happened, you greeded by accident, or everyone left at the last boss and the item auto-dropped to you, which I didn't think could happen, because you have to roll for loot to go to you ect.

Loot rules for 24 man content are that if you don't roll, and timer expires, it goes to a random person that didn't roll, if you are only person that didn't roll, than you get it. At least that's how I understand it, I always roll asap on loot.

They did change it though so that if everyone else in your party leaves, loot won't auto drop till you roll on it.

Honestly though, if you are getting stuck with gear because you were too busy to pass on an item in the time allotted, I feel no pity for you.

it used to be that way, but they changed it. you can't get stuck with gear you don't want anymore.
