Thread: <<Boon>> Boondoggle! New social/semi-casual FC

We're recruiting a wide range of players who share our attitudes and goals, regardless of experience or level. Both new players and veterans welcome.

Boondoggle! aims to be a medium-sized (~50) group of players who can turn to each other for help and camaraderie in a relaxed, friendly environment. We're group- and event-focused, doing things like glamour runs or leveling jobs and trading tips. We're also active in datacenter events like Saturday Night Secure PVP, Crystal Tower Sundays, and Winding Coil Wednesdays. While we don't restrict participation elsewhere (we're not a hardcore or dedicated raiding FC), we want to avoid the feeling of an FC that's essentially a chat channel with no time spent working together.

As a new FC we're still very small, but this doesn't impact our activity. If we can't get a queue pop for Winding Coil Wednesdays, we undersize it with a Bard tank! First-timers welcome. We take a pleasure-first approach to challenges and endgame content with no pressure to have the perfect performance. There's dyes and food in the chest for new players or anyone who needs it.

Currently we're a handful of longtime gamers and general nerds in our 20's, with a pleasantly rowdy sense of humor. Our chats (text and voice) range from PS4/PC gaming to music to our IRL lives. Everything goes as long as people can practice moderation and remember to treat each other as human beings.
