I find the pressure to hold hate, deal decent damage and use cooldowns wisely to survive very high. Personally, I always feel anxious when tanking, because it's like everyone wants the tank to be perfect. So that's why, if I'm healing, the Tank will always be given comms.

And healing with 3 buttons is impossible, even in the Expert Dungeons. If someone says they can heal the pull just before we enter the Hive in Arboretum (5 ants, 1 turtle, 5 bees) with 3 buttons, they're lying.

The only time I give commendations is for the challenge log if I'm leveling a class. The other times I either don't commend people because I end up tanking everything as dps or healer or I have the highest dps as tank or healer, or I'm trying to avoid all the bad people in df and queue with a pre-made group and can't commend anyone anyway.
