Cloud of Darkness card is more worth than 10 MGP.You could simply make triple triad cards worth more than 10 MGP a piece, and have them drop from not only dungeon final bosses, but also from mid-bosses and common mobs. I'd rather have junk items worth mgp cluttering my inventory than the 5 different grades of glamour prisms that are showered on us in the current dungeons.
Why are triple triad cards dropping from bosses in dungeons? That is your answer, Why would you not want something like this, guess you like to do the same routine every day, get on do the daily 8 am matching then done with golden saucer unless there is a triple triad tournament.
Unless you like racing, personally I did like racing but nothing new has happen to it, this just gives something people to do instead of sitting in town.
I am sure a lot of people have already did things and just stand around or either mine or craft.
This would help out new people with a little added bonus since nobody gets anything out of it, the armor in chest is outdated.

Between the addition of the new games, the increased payout for the old ones, and the weekly challenges, I think you get more than enough MGP to be covered. You say this will alleviate dungeon wait times, but that is only a temporary fix since A) most people by now probably got all they wanted from the Gold Saucer and B) it doesn't offer progression for gear or end game stuff (the main reason why people will run dungeons for tomestones). Dungeons are slow now because everyone has already done what they wanted to do and we're in a content patch lull until 3.2 hits. MGP wouldn't gather much interest for dungeons.

The idea I have given is by choice and no not everyone has gotten everything they wanted from saucer, also I did say add more stuff for higher prices.
You don't have to do it if they add it, though for those who want to they can. Getting MGP from dungeons why would anyone be against this idea if you are getting cards that sell for MGP.
Makes no sense its like you are trying to say no because you have everything and want others to do it like you have, if that's the case then I think that is a dumb reason.
I still think what you said about the patch made me laugh, always one person coming in here saying its gonna save the day and it falls short.
While others complain about long duty QQ's in forums while people say quit making so many threads about it, forums in a nutshell.

I liked the idea till you said bet mgp. We don't bet in this game since its a form of gambling.
As for lore, usually lore is designed by the devs so its not really appropriate to make one for them. If asking how it would work, well there is the entertainment gig thing.
Missing Cactuar missions: maybe having to find Senor Cactuar's children who are participating in at performance and your starring it. Find the missing cactuar. Quicker you find it the more points you get. Also bonus points for every enemy you defeat.
Dungeon Race: 2 groups of 4 enter an old dungeon on 2 different sessions (meaning not in the same place but doing the same thing), but each group can see a ghost of their competitors. Complete the dungeon as fast as you can to achieve winning points. Also points would be achieved by defeating bosses before your rivals. Lore would be something similar to entertainment for the guests, so that would explain you obtaining mgp by the end even if you lose the race.
Perhaps we can have these races be a tournament too that could be shown on those TVs stationed in the GC. that'd be pretty cool.

Well, maybe we can adjust the bet to busying tickets? Just like we're doing with the minicacpot? You'll buy a ticket for either 100, 250 or 500 MGP - after that you'll get 3 dungeons, in one Senor Cactuar will be hiding. Since you can buy 3 tickets max (could be a daily limit) you can visit all of the dungeons but once you brought a ticket you cant buy that again - meaning: if you choose 500 fpr your first dungeon and Senor Cactuar isnt in it, you can go to the other two but only with a 100 or a 250 ticket.
And by no means, I wanst trying to design lore for the dev team or for the game! I'm totally confident they can do that on their own, no worriesBut I actually prefer some lore reasons - I wouldnt want to get MGPs from dungeons like we're getting tome stones, that would make no sense! I merely tried to "justify" the general idea of getting MGP from dungeons for myself by coming up with some sort of a "possible" lore since I couldnt think about stuff like that without having some sort of lore in my mind - forgive me that I wanted to share it...

Make GATEs pop every 15mins, multiply tickets for weekly cactpot, increase pay out of minigames, adding Chocobo Racing and Vermillion to the data center DF.
Well all I am doing is trying to put a solution for both problems, I am not saying new players get the MGP, they have to wait till they unlock golden saucer.Honestly I'm going to say no simply because it just doesn't make sense. Though while others do the stuff to help QQ times on flagging up for party, have to give something in order for old dungeons to be popular again and why I said randomize them so that you don't do same dungeon over and over again even though you will sometimes.
If you choose to do it or not because it would be a choice.
Some would some wouldn't but at least it would help, though it was just a idea to help both things, to add stuff to saucer and help out dungeon times for new players who join.
