Apparently the community team is recruiting for new folks!

I pretty much bare bones meet the requirements, so someone else would probably have a much better shot. But I think this is a really cool opportunity!

My communication skills aren't that good so I'm probably not a good fit. Data collecting and player observations are easy, we do it like all the time in 14 (not parsing), even easier for those who are leaders of FCs. We're information sponges after all X). Also I don't meet any of the plus requirements like speaking Japanese, graphic design and audio/video editing exp. Not necessary but its a good help to get the job. Yep, gonna pass on this one.

I wonder if they do job interviews via Skype or do you have to fly there. Doesn't say how much the salary is either. Maybe the community team would know. But that would be one expensive interview probably cost around $800 for a two way trip.

A good way to improve your chances is by setting up and running a fan site.

Devs are japanese so probably dont look at forums.

This covers Europe too. Infact the servers are in Canada, you know, North America.
