It is time to change some skills

All welcome. In this topic, I would like to raise the issue of useless and almost useless skills, which has long been necessary to change, because they are simply not present on the hotbars of most players, I'm sure. I also propose to express your thoughts about this

    I'll start with the monk.
    1) Haymaker. Monk- is a DPS class, monk does not receive a lot of attacks like a tank, so the possibility of triggering is extremely low even under the Featherfoot buff- in a highend content of 50-60 levels. Skill is rather weak as for the damage and it is a GCD skill, so there is a possibility of losing TS or DK buff. In addition, monk can take Faint of dragoon and slow the target. I think, that this skill in its current form is simply useless, when a monk takes 50-60 level. I propose to change it like this:

"20% probability of triggering the skill on taking of any damage." 170+ damage potency (can be a bonus positional damage included). And change it to ability

    2) Featherfoot. Skill becomes useless, when a monk reaches 50-60 level, because, as in the first case, monk does not receive a lot of attacks like a tank. Highend content made in a way, that almost all the attacks cant be dodged even with Featherfoot, and if the dodge happens- it happens once in a 100 years. I believe that this skill should be changed so players could fully use it in the game

    3) One IIm Punch. Skill, which can be useful only in PvP, but PvP have its own special skills. Every skill should be useful in PvE first of all. I believe that this skill should be changed so that players could fully use it in the game

    Ninja
    1) All Fours. No comments. Just a useless skill

    Black magician
    1) Sleep. Skill is useless in the highend content, just because no need to put mobs to sleep or they cant be puted into the sleep. The last case of sleep usage in PvE I remember- Wanderer's Palace, when fast runs were actual. Since then, as the fast runs became impossible, the skill became useless in PvE

That's all from me. At the end I want to say that I understand that these skills can be useful in PvP in some conditions, but PvE is still the greatest part of the game (more greater, than PvP), which means all the skills should be useful especially in PvE
