Request for detailed dungeon queues

I would like to have Square Enix modify the dungeon queue feature, specifically detailing the names of players who are not choosing 'Ready' for a dungeon queue when it pops up.

The issue which lead up to this was organizing an alliance wide Diadem (hard) run. We had a full alliance, but kept encountering trolls who would state that they were ready, but would not queue up when requested. We ended up having to go in as 3 solo parties.

If the queue would spit out a message which stated which players were not ready, then I doubt this trolling would have occurred.

But couldn't this lead to those people who have genuine reasons for not being ready, being trolled by, well, trolls?

Why else would you want their names?

If you have a persons name and class, it can't be that hard to find them on the Lodestone, roll a char on their realm, and /tell them insults.

Wouldn't an auto-kick timer be easier than enabling more Trolls, or victimising the genuinely innocent?
