Secondary Stat Calculations/Conversions

Numbers... grumble, grumble...

I have been searching far and wide in how the secondary stats take into effect say, critical hit rate %, accuracy %, etc. and haven't really found too much. If you would happen to know anything, please let the world know! Forum and web searches didn't really reveal much... sadly. Hours of going to dead links. Am I the only one who thinks about this?!

So far, I've found:

.0697 x Crit - 18.437 = Crit %

(May be able to insert variable stats in place of crit, could be an old calculation method)
Since numbers have gotten bigger since Heavensward, I'm not sure to trust this. If it works, it works.

First post ever, so I hope this is in the right place. If this has been brought up before, I apologize! I hadn't found anything about it. Just... similar stuff pertaining to armor, etc. but not secondary stat calculations directly.
