Possible to change text size from items/inventory and things of that sort?

I know how to change the text size from the chat box but is there any way to change the font size for items/inventory descriptions? I use a screen resolution of 1920x1080 and everything is fine until i browse an item or hover a skill description. The text is very tiny there. I could change the game resolution but then my HUD messes up and the graphics do not look as smooth. The game is playable but it's annoying having to squint my eyes reading item,skills,etc descriptions in the game.

I know you can change the size of things like the inventory window without actually changing a system setting. I know on PS4 it's a simple press of the sticks not sure what equals to for PC.

I believe what you are requesting can be done tho.

EDIT: Trying to re-read your post it seems you are experiencing a text resolution issue soley which my suggestion might not fix as far as text displayed when mousing over.

Hi, yes sorry I couldn't explain it right I guess. You are correct about the descriptions of the items,skills,etc when you high light over them. That text is very tiny and was wondering if their is any way to change the text size with out having to change my resolution. I presume that this game is not optimize for pc monitors that are 1920x1080 which is weird as most games are fine with that type of resolution. Like I said I could just change it but then the graphics won't be as smooth and the HUD will revert weird and I have to redo the adjustments all over again. Hope this is more undstandable now.
