    XP bar not working

    The XP bar on all my character's jobs above lvl 50 is not working. It is showing up red and the circle before it is red with a diagonal line. It is almost as if my characters above lvl 50 have been capped. I have four characters on my account and this is happening with all of them. Please, help.
