This is not a Internet History caching issue.... because even if I didn't clear my cache I open the game login check off 'Remember Square Enix ID' login click play close the game to out come home (personal pc and no cache cleaned no ccleaner ran no browsers open I don't even use Edge or IE) go to login and username is empty again BUT it's not like that on my laptop why not, my Laptops install is a direct copy / paste of my PC install...

Windows 10 Pro
AMD A8-6600K 4.4Ghz
ASUS Geforce GTX 750Ti 2GB
Kingston HyperX 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz
OCZ RevoDrive3 X2 240GB
Seagate Hybrid Drive 2TB (Game install location, even on the SSD it's the same issue)

Please once we figure this out can you let us remember our Username AND Password also... I mean I use a One Time Password so Hard-code U/P in to a launch script that can be injected so all I have to type is my one-time password authenticator so I mean I could care less if my password stayed saved (encrypted not plain text this isn't 1990)

Here's how to solve your problem :

1) Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Lowers the cursor to the bottom (Accept all cookies) > Apply > OK
2) You can close the Control Panel.


If other players have the same problem, it also works for Windows 7/8/8.1/10
