Sujet : Building a new static for 3.2, Alexander: Midas

Hey everyone, I've recently put together a new static to tackle 3.2 when it drops. We're taking a solidly midcore approach to raiding, but plan to be serious about progression and bettering ourselves as players and helping to grow together as a group.

Currently our schedule is / will be
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. 11pm eastern time
We may add a 4th day depending on everyone's availability.

Raid sessions will last anywhere from 2-3 hours depending on progress.

Currently we have in our roster
DRK, WHM, BLM, NIN, DRG, MCH

We just need a SCH and a PLD or WAR to complete the group, and we can start running things together to form synergy and get to know each other before 3.2!

Members have varying degrees of raid experience. Some have not raided since Coil, some have A3S experience. We plan on doing Thordan together once we're established. Some members have it on farm, some do not.

Requirements:

You have some form of raid experience or a Thordan clear if not. Raid experience in other games is fine, I know a lot of people are new or returning to FFXIV.
Access to VOIP like mumble or teamspeak is mandatory.

Be able to be at least ilvl 208 on launch (or week of) 3.2

More important than anything, though, is the ability and will to improve performance and be able to offer and accept constructive criticism while not having a defeatist attitude or a superiority complex. Our mission is to tackle the content together and share those achievements as a group. Bringing a good attitude and determination is essential to our success. \o/

Of course, a Scholar who understands how to effectively contribute DPS is a huge plus.
