question about housing demolish

so from my understanding the house demolishes after 45 days of nobody entering it meaning if the person logs on but doesnt enter estate the timer doesnt reset?

for personal houses the owner of the house must enter it to reset the timer (not a tenant). if its a free company a free company member must enter the house simply logging on does not reset it you need to enter the estate.
