Steps:
I began the monk relic quest just fine. I exchanged an apocalypse zeta for the nodules needed to complete the quest. When I went to Ardashir to turn in the quest the cutscene went through and the nodules were removed from my inventory but rather than move on to the next step, the green check mark marker stayed above his head. Now, whenever I try to speak to him as a monk he says "Welcome back, Hel. Were you able to acquire what we need?" as if I had never given him the nodules. If it matters at all, at the time I did this I was still in the middle of the "Toughening up" phase of the paladin relic. I have since then completed that quest but I still cannot advance the "Soul without life" quest on my monk.
