This is prolly stupid but can you get crystals while doing fates on a different class? Like, I'm doing it for my archer but I'd love to level my white mage. If I go on my white mage, will I still get the crystals?

yes you can get them on any job in fates for HW zones

Do you have to use them for the job you started the quest on or could i use them for another job once it hits 60 and has the crystals?

You can use them for any job which has accepted the quest.

What? The drop rate isn't that bad at all, especially if you look at the original atma drop rate in ARR. It is really not that bad. You might still get unlucky yes, but they are not making the drop rate high or middle-level for something like this. Even when they nerfed atma it was not brought to high/middle levels

Not sure if talking about the complainer or the complaint.... I will say however that it's not really that bad. It will take about 8 hours to get all of them and you can level while doing it.

My drop rate has been really high...I got a crystal for the first fate I joined in the Forelands.
