I can keep this one short (luckily. The word limit on these forums is infuriating sometimes lol).

Should be pretty much self explanatory from the title - I'm interested to hear what it is about your job (ff14 job, no banking stories please :P) that makes you smile when you pick up your sword/lance/bow/whatever.

Might be the monk kamehameha. Or the dragoon pole dance (I forget the name!). Might just be your ability to support or your epic deepss.

Kinda amusing that so far we have had responses from a couple warriors, a healer, and one dragoon... seeing as this is on the DPS forums I expected more DPS'ers to have loved their jobs!

Lol I'm pretty tired, I did also miss a ninja and a summoner. I was writing that post before the monk posted theirs!

I'm currently Paladin, and I have been enjoying being able to tank big hits, and now i have a nice halone > spirits within > circle of scorn combo to blast out it has gotten quite satisfying at times! Am considering a dps job though as an alt, hence the question

Most fun thing about my job is that when 3.0 hit, it only got a little bit better and gameplay style didn't drastically change like most DPS jobs did.

I play MNK. Elixir Field, Forbidden Chakra, and Tornado Kick are the best things they've added to our arsenal. It also makes other jobs hard to play because they lack that flexibility and room for error MNK offers spazzes like me.

Well... except for maybe BRD.

But, if i had to choose as DPS, it will be Chaos Thrust ! I really love its sound, and it reminds me Okami... in a way.

Don't ever ever ever ever turn off BGM. You'll find out that Chaos Thrust sounds includes an annoying trumpet sound XDDD
