There's actually a really easy way they could do this that WoW could never do, and that's make THM Sleep and CNJ Repose cross class skills, and then add some kind of 20-second CC move to LNC and make that cross class as well since all physical DPS cross class LNC. Then again BRD and MCH already have great binds, so maybe give it to PGL instead so only melee DPS would get it.

Of course that would mean tanks got the move as well, so maybe not ideal, but would be easy!
