If you have to compare the difficulty of Bismark Ex with the difficulty of a 2.X Primal Ex, with which one do you campare it? I cleared all the 2.X Primal Ex and I'm asking myself how hard is Bismark Ex compare to the 2.X Primals Ex.

The difficulty is probably somewhere between Titan EX and Ramuh EX because of mechanics and dps checks. Also your whole team has to do their jobs, there is very little room for a carry.
I'd put it on 2.1 Garuda EX level because not too many mechanics, a few positional things and 90% about DPS.
There is room for carry in i200+ easily even if like 5 people play on par to their ilvl. PFs in i190+ burn the second Corona in 2 jumps on his back without LB.

Yeah i would agree with this. Bismark is about slight tank positionals, tank swapping if needed and some burst dps checks. Its not too hard, so around Garuda EX.
I think it's really similar to Ramuh Ex but not as frustrating since you don't have any tethers and stuff like that to deal with or collecting orbs. It's a very slow paced fight much like Ramuh where you don't need to do a lot of dodging where you can only really wipe to people messing up their positions or not paying attention to the very slow mechanics.
Killed it in about 4 or 5 pulls in the first week of HW in i180 when none of us really knew how to play our jobs with the changes. The DPS check would be a joke with current available gear. The encounter is probably on par with Garuda ex when that was released. Nowhere close to the control needed for Ramuh at release nor the 'dance' memory of Titan ex.
I cleared it yesterday on the second DF group. It was my second try in DF (and in life), one of the tank was new and there was another new in the party. After the tanks ajusted for the swap during the snakes phase and the party understanded the weather in phase 3, we got it. So, in my experience in DF for Primals ex, it's a easy one, maybe the easiest.
Next : Ravana! Seems pretty more hard...
Easy basic fight if people know there dps rotations and down the shell fast enough.
When it first came out, the DPS check was quite tight on the snakes and you needed pretty high raid DPS overall (killing the first carapace in just one go was an indicator of good DPS) the mechanics are pretty easy, especially if the weather changes are called out. Nowadays, with higher gear, the DPS checks are barely an issue and mechanics are quite easy to get down, so I wouldn't worry.
I should farm that, I really like most of the gear in there, might give me something to do while waiting for 3.2
Good luck farming that. I've never had a queue for that less than an hour. Even healer queues take a while. Good luck getting a pf for it too. When it first came out, the DPS check was quite tight on the snakes and you needed pretty high raid DPS overall (killing the first carapace in just one go was an indicator of good DPS) the mechanics are pretty easy, especially if the weather changes are called out.
