Mog Station improvements

Hi,

I'm new to the forums and I didn't find a topic that would generally talk about how Mog Station could be improved for the end users and also to benefit the developer team better. If there is such thread already I'm more than happy to move this ideas there, but if not, let's make the world a better place right here!

So first of all, I'm starting with a brief description how I see what Mog Station is supposed to be:
Mog Station is an secure User Portal for FFXIV players to manage their game time subscription, account details, order history and purchase additional services and optional item (such as Vanity items, name change and character transfer).

Unfortunately I find Mog Station lacking in many of these ares. I will post my thoughts on some of the features below. I hope many of you will join and add your ideas and start the conversation on how to polish each other's ideas even further.

Site Performance:
To be an secure service that handles users account details and deals with their credit card information and offers paid services the Mog Station is awfully slow and feels unresponsive. It doesn't really create a proper feel of trust if you need to wait for several seconds after confirming and order or moving from page to page. Especially if the user is using an more low-end system, these loading times might be even longer. When dealing with user's currency and personal information it is really important that the user feels that things are going smoothly.

Optional Items:
I personally am a real fan of vanity items in MMOs and I feel that great improvements could be done for this section. First of all, whenever there's a bunch of new items added in to the store, it's an huge chore to buy all of them individually as you don't have "Shopping cart/basket" kind of a feature which would let you purchase multiple items at once. This is emphasized by the fact that the cost per item usually is quite low. Each purchase also requires multiple steps to actually confirm it, which again emphasizes the issue.
In addition to the purchase process, I'm also puzzled why there aren't more items in the Store? I'm sure many players would be more than willing to get more new mounts, clothes, hairstyles and such as optional items and I think it's a great way to offer users what they want and at the same time give the game team a nice revenue wise boost to help them make the game even better!

User Interface:
UI of the Mog Station seems somewhat messy at first and it's sometimes hard to find what you're looking for straight away. There has been improvements in the past, but I still feel that there's room for even better visualization.
For example; Game subscription prices are not shown clearly in the site. You need to actually initiate the payment process to see them.
