What kind of information was contained in the allagan tomeliths at seal rock, what do the grand companies intend to do with it, and why were they unable to reach a peaceful negotiation on how to handle it?

Since this is the Year of the Monkey, I think the development team missed a perfectly golden opportunity for a new mount.
Why can't we have a Flying Nimbus Cloud Mount like Son Goku / Sun Wukong from Journey to the West (or Dragon Ball Z)?
I mean, the Dev Team even illustrated it in the lower right-hand corner with the Baby Opo-Opo in this image.
Please, Koji Fox, can you make this happen? I'd love to ride around on a Cloud as a Monk and imagine myself as Son Goku!
I enjoyed the cross-over events in 2013 for both Dragon Quest X, Final Fantasy XI and LIGHTNING RETURNS: Final Fantasy XIII because the Dev Team went the extra mile to make enemy characters from other franchises appear in the world of Eorzea.
It's 2016 now, and I think it's kind of a shame to let that dummied-out character data to just sit there and go to waste.
Could you see if there'd be some kind of way to re-purpose or re-incorporate the enemies like the DQX Brickman Golems, the Giant Shantotto or the Bahamut Eidolon enemies into XIV in some way? The Dev Team worked so hard to make these things part of Eorzea, it's a shame to simply just let them fall by the wayside and go unused.
Female Characters in the game already have a lot of exclusive stuff for them. Most recently, Minfilia's outfit and hairstyle.
Can us Males at least have Aymeric's Hairstyle?
Is it possible to make the attack animation match the movement of the character during battle? e.g. When a melee class uses skills while moving, their lower body will slide until the end of the animation. This is very uncomfortable especially with classes like Dark Knight and Dragoon which have long skill animation, and they would appear as if they are sliding across the map while they are moving into position after using a skill. To further enhance player experience I think it will be nice if the lower body moves while they are thrusting or slashing in their animation. This can also apply to ranged dps classes.
I believe this would further enhance the PvP as well as well as raids where the mechanics require you to move constantly.

I spend a lot of time dealing with housing, and I enjoy the direction that things are currently taking regarding it.
In terms of Lore, it's been a while since the Domans have settled down here in Eorzea. I would definitely like to see more of their tastes when it comes to housing. That being said...
Can we please have a Housing Exterior for Small / Medium / Large Houses that looks like a Doman / Japanese-style Castle?
I think it'd be really awesome and unique to have something like this, since I know a number of people like the Au Ra races / Ninja / the Domans, and are waiting for the job Samurai to come out.
In terms of Lore it would also give players the impression that the formerly-displaced / exiled Domans are beginning to settle in Eorzea nicely.
There are chocobos, tonberrys and moogles all over Eorzea. Will there be any other iconic creatures from past games, like Moombas for instance, and what are the chances that they would have quests and Lore? For example, the moogles had the king Mog battle and the mog home.
I would love to see more of this. Though, my perticular favorite, that i would like to see the most are the moombas of Final Fantasy VIII.
1) Why aren't cooldown timers (in-game numbers shown over the skill in seconds or minutes) a thing yet?
2) Why can't we have traits or talents for jobs? Or any customisation at all? Nothing significant or game breaking, but something that can slightly tweak the job to suit play style (raid setup and PvP setups) and/or armour configuration (lol)
3) Why is PvP so lame?
Here's something I always wondered.
Is there any specific region our characters came from prior to arriving in Eorzea (also including Legacy players when they first arrived five years before the Calamity), or is it left up to the player's imagination? In the future, could the story touch upon our character's origins?

And another one:
Towards the end of the 2.0 story the player encounters the the traveling merchant dependent on your starting city-state (Brennan/Bremondt/Brendt). However, for Legacy players, I always believed we never encountered him in the opening cutscene as Louisoix brought us in the current era and we walked into the city-state on our own.
But, the dialog and the journal implies that I've met him before.
Did my character encounter the peddler offscreen while he was making his way to Limsa at the start of ARR? That's how I always imagined it worked, and wondered if that's the official reason.Brennan, the peddler whom you met when traveling to Limsa long ago.
