This question is about namedays!

Do the races of Eorzea celebrate the anniversary of an individual's nameday? How do these celebrations differ between cultures? I'm especially interested in hearing about the Au Ra; I assume the Xaela have different traditions by tribe, but the Raen might have a unified tradition.

And are there any races who do not name their babies on the day they're born, or other anomalies that might result in "nameday" being different than "birthday"? Is it considered bad luck not to name your baby on their birth-day?
