Who is your favorite FFXIV character in the entire game?

We love Koji Fox, we love our English translators and community forum leads.

However, can you please explain to Yoshi P that creating a post without any requests for community feedback, and a post from Bayohne that all other questions will be ignored, is the reason why a lot of players are posting questions about the actual game they care about?

I don't think anyone is trying to disrespect Koji, we seriously love this team, but this seems like a blatant disregard for the opinions of the gamers who are subscribing monthly. Feedback has never been more important for this game when hardcore players are giving up and casual players are desperately seeking more to do. Claiming in the recent Live Letters that you're listening to our feedback without allowing that opportunity any more feels like devs aren't listening at all.

This. So much this. Since they will be picky, they will surely overlook those important messages.

Feels like it's only a 'patch' letter to keep us busy thinking they 'listen' to us, but they prove otherwise making only one thread where we can ask questions, and they must be exactly toward one person only until 3.2 will be close for another 'gaming' letter.

It's like a politician that will review the questions beforehand, pick a few to answer up when the Camera's on him..

Really, it's becoming more of a letdown this game.

Sad, cause I really want it to succeed for as long as WoW..

Come on guys, you can do better than that.

Why did you make it canon for chocobo to smell unpleasant? Why would you betray our best friends by giving them such an unsavoury detail? Chocobo smell glorious and make everyone want to be around them. This is the one thing that I insist is a case of my word meaning more than yours, being more official than yours.

Your idea of chocobo aroma is wrong. It is not too late to atone for your sins and make amends.

What ended up happening to Khrimm (who I'm assuming became the Hermit of the Wood) and Fye (who I'm assuming we never saw as an adult) during the calamity period?

How do we reconcile the paradox of Cid's goggles? Supposedly, we gave them to him as we saw with the Echo, but:
a) how is this possible since it seemingly transcends the limits of the echo to interfere with history, as told to us by the Antecedent?
b) did we actively do this, or did we simply see ourselves do this, suggesting it is something we are yet to do? and
c) why do Biggs and Wedge not recognize me from the occurrence in the way Cid does?

This question is about expression of emotion in Eorzea!

In short, is there anything you can tell us about unusual or unexpected customs that the races of Eorzea have about expressing their own emotions?

I first thought of this when wondering whether my Au Ra character is capable of physically crying, since they seem to have some non-mammal features, and most non-mammals don't cry the way real-life humans do.

Then I also wondered whether Miqo'te expressions might bear more resemblance to real-life cats than real-life humans; do they "slow blink" to show they're comfortable? Can you tell they're angry by watching their tail lash about? Is it better to watch a Miqo'te's ears than their face when trying to work out how they're feeling?

Do the Lalafell (rather than considering themselves exuberant, due to big gestures and large, easy-to-read facial features) see Hyur, Elezen etc. as very reserved and therefore difficult to read emotions of?

The blue dragon Triple Triad card mentions an "independent evolution" that each member of the species goes through. Is this a trait that only blue dragons have, or is this the same of other dragons?
