Insufficent UI scaling for 4k screens - 140% isn't enough

Using a 27 inch 4k screen the game looks quite beautiful, but some of the UI elements cannot be scaled reasonably to match this as the maximum scaling is simply insufficient.

In particular, the minimap is tiny, and as it's the only place to see gathering icons this is a frustrating experience.
This needs options above 140% scaling, or an option to show minimap icons on the actual map would be nice.

The story/cut-scene speech bubbles are tiny and there's no clear way to scale these at all.

The status effects bar is tiny, even at maximum scaling it's insufficient. This needs options above 140% scaling.

This can mostly be resolved simply if you allow window size scaling to be set greater than 140% in the HUD Layout.

We’ve been receiving comments from players who have high-spec PCs and 4K displays mentioning that the UI is too small. We'll be addressing this over multiple patches.

They are aware of the issue now that 4k monitors are becoming more popular in certain regions and will be fixing it over time.

Ahh thanks for the info. It was difficult to even work out if it had even come up before because the forum search won't accept '4k' for being too short!
