Pre-charge all your cooldowns before the pull and start casting your biggest AoE right as the tank starts running toward the group.

I (as PLD) usually get a shield lob off and, before one GCD has cycled, every mob I didn't touch is now making a bee line for the DPS. Then I get to hear all the complaining about me not holding hate.

This isn't a progression raid, it's DF.

Give it 3 seconds before you go ape sh*t on everything.

Yeah, I hate that. I'm a PLD, so I only have Flash and Scorn, and Scorn being a CD makes it tough sometimes, only to then be flagged as a bad tank.

I had a NIN use B4B, Kassatsu + Raiton as I was running towards the Oppressor. Jeez, at least use Shadewalker first.
