    Can I turn my personal house into an FC House?

    Just like the title states. I have my own personal house but wish to start a FC. can I convert my house into an fc one or do I need to buy a house from scratch?

    you need to buy a new one

    or wait 45 days until you lose your privat house, get 80% of its price back and rebuy the plot as fc house

    No, you can't do anything with a personal house as far as transferring ownership or FC dealings is concerned. Your best option is to relinquish or let automatic demolition take it's course ( the latter being a way to refund part of it's costs)

    Nope, you need to either relinquish your plot and buy it up under your FC name, or you can find another empty plot and buy it under your FC name.
