A4S Farm Group LF Tank and Healer

Hi there!

My name is Sakamoto Faucillien and I am currently leading a group of people who have been clearing A4S for 5 weeks. We had to rebuild due to real life situations on our members and is now opening this opportunity for a Tank and a Healer to join a group that has excellent DPS and atmosphere for Alex Savage farms and 3.2 progression.

As group lead and FC lead, I am able to craft things that are needed for the team and can provide food and pots for the team if need be. Joining us means you will also be able to get sales and networking opportunities with the raiders in Gilgamesh.

Minimum criteria is as follows:

• Has extensive experience on A4S, such as seen pentacle 1 on A4S minimum (Having it on farm is def preferred). We are down to do A4S again for applicants who showed readiness to clear but have been unlucky with groups.

As for personality traits, we are looking for:

1. Communicative and teamwork-oriented people
This means that you are the type of person who are able to communicate on the fly with no problem in raid on progression. This means working mic and environment that enables you to consistently communicate with other raid members. Teamwork oriented means that you are able to see the big picture, that what matters most is the clear and working towards optimizing the Overall Team DPS. There will come time for parse runs and personal glory after the raid is beaten.

2. Willingness to enjoy other contents with other raid members
Or in short, we don't want raid loggers. In my experience, raid loggers means that the person may be rusty when it comes time to raid and overall it is not good for team building.

3. People who come prepared and willing to do their homework
This means that you are actively compiling information to plan for the fight instead of winging it each run. Coming prepared means as tank you will be memorizing the boss' rotation and mitigate/discuss with our healers to find the best period for them to go Cleric Stance, etc. For healers this means precasting instead of reactive healing.

4. Able to maturely give and receive criticism.
What is said in the raid, stays within the team. We want people who knows how to give pointers and do discussion about wipes maturely.
