Oh the tail, why the tail!

So since I didn't want to necro this, regarding the tail on the Dragonlancer's Plackart since I can't see that it has been brought up more recently and I really want to put my two cents in. Could we pleeease get an option to hide the tail on this armor?? I love the way it looks overall and I think it's totally cool, it's just when I put this thing on my Au Ra and noticed my beautiful thick and powerful, wavy tail get replaced by this thing that looks like a stiff, dead, tree branch sticking out of my ass it really bummed me out. Also when I'm playing as a race that doesn't have a tail, seeing this still feels weird. Thoughts anyone?

I joked with my bf that he finally got "a" tail back (he played a Galka DRG in FFXI). Probably because of that alone, I quite like it.


I think maybe races with tails already should have the option to hide it, yeah.

Every time I see that armor on a roegadyn I can't help but want to level up my dragoon. I too was a galka 'goon back in XI...I miss Nanaja.
