Switching from Ast to Whm and looking for tips.

Coming from a player who secondary is an SCH, I really hate Benediction CD. Bene is just a mega cure with no other effect with a 5 min CD so I'm really nervous to use it. When do you use?

When the tank uses no damage reduction cooldowns, sprints way ahead so you don't have enough time to cast anything once you catch up because they are dying so quickly they will be dead by the time it goes off.
