Id gladly link em all for you but sadly on my phone, nit trying to be mean but so many with one just started like 2 days ago.

I you could link them then I will be glad to post this elsewhere...otherwise, I'm unsure where to post. I did find one...but that thread was did and I didn't want to bump a dead thread.
