    The server is unable to process reservations at this time.

    We are trying to reschedule our wedding and we are both receiving the "The server is unable to process reservations at this time." error today when we try to access the times.

    When we tried to check them Thursday night it was fine and we could see all the available times but now it has us completely locked out.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Some servers have different times where the Ceremony system is available or not. Hope it helps.

    Thank you, that is no doubt why. Is there any explaination as to why it completely locks the system out for an entire week, or am i reading that wrong?

    I have no idea why they lock the system, they've not given a reason that I know of.
