The majority of players on JP data center perhaps but all the other data centers are English heavy with NA being the vast majority of players in the game as a whole.Yeah, too bad they don't have a forum where they can post feedback in their native language (oh wait...). It's likely the case that since JP represents the majority of players, they will listen to the majority opinion for matters when there's a conflict of interests. It also means that when there isn't a conflict of interest they can just go to the majority opinion. Yes, yes... this means that they just save time in every case by reading the JP forums for feedback... That said, JP is the majority, so even if all of NA+EU dis agrees, it would be better than doing the opposite. That also means that if your opinion happens not to align with the feedback the Devs say they listened too, it means your opinion is in the minority.
