    Spectating friend's duties

    Hello all!

As a player attempting new content for the first time, I always get anxious and nervous before I attempt it. Sometimes running into the unknown is very scary!

What I would love to see is being able to spectate friend's duties, kind of like a ghost. If I could see the duty myself in action it would help me learn and understand how I can improve myself greatly! Especially in difficult content like Alexander Savage it would definitely help people improve.

Not only that, I'm sure some people would use it as an occasional spectator sport as well.

TL;DR: I would love a spectator mode for friend's duties.

Or instead of wasting the Dev time you could just watch YouTube?

This feature should only ever be implemented for PVP.

While it is fun to watch others play, I'm not sure that everyone would want to have others watching them. Plus they have talked a bit about the Mentor system, which I would assume is where more experienced users can assist newer users in content/teaching them the ropes. (I know I had issues in 2.1 with someone in the raid group recording us without our consent). Maybe if it had a setting where you could allow it or not, but then it'd get complicated if 1 out of the 4+ people in the party have their setting to 'Not allowing viewers', as well as SE having to make something like this to technically allow 4+/8+/24+ (Dungeon/Trial/Raid) people per instance
