I cant access heavensward content

Hello, i bought heavesnward exp for ps3, couldnt try it out cause i had to renew my subscroption. Then came the humble bundle SE sale and i got the pc versión as well. I entered both codes. i had Access to the main game, but all heavensward content is still locked. I can get exp beyond lvl 50, (currently 52) but cant Access heavensward content at all.

i dont think so, my friend have it on pc and ps4, and only bought the heavensward expansion for pc and he plays in his pc with no problems. Not sure if he plays it on ps4 but i saw the account myself and he have no problems.

i would understand that if that happens when entering thru pc, but my ps3 should let me play the content.

Re-read what you wrote. Your friend registered a PC version of Heavensward and can play Heavensward on a PC. He won't be able to play Heavensward on PS3/4 unless he registers codes for their individual versions, even if he has access on a PC.

The same applies for you. To play on a PC you need enter PC registration codes - PS3 registration does not transfer to PC and vice versa.

exactly, i dont intent to play it on pc, havent played it on pc, only on my ps3 and i cant. i cant Access content on my ps3, only the level cap have being raised.

yes, im set for the HW started quest, but alphinaud says i need to register the expansión. But i already did it, and it shows on mogstation
