Cannot exchange unfinished regional guildleves

So I picked up several leves tonight in Ul'Dah at Broken Water and Halatali. After a change of mind, we decided to do Gridania leves instead of Halatali. EVERY other party member could swap out their leves from Halatali except me. All of the leves were incomplete and yet could not be swapped for another. At first I thought maybe it was a ninja change but since every other party member could do it, that obviously wasn't the case.

I had actually re-logged several times too and it had no effect

I think sometimes I have been able to swap them out if your list gets full, and only when it gets full. But other times I have to wait for the next reset.. I dont pay too much attention.

You can always try and abandon it fomr the journal but that may only be for quests.

Maybe it's just a matter of WHEN does everyone picked up the leves. IIRC you can't swap out leves of the same reset time.
You can pick up some leves and swap them out AFTER reset time (completed, uncompleted, failed). Could it be that other party members had Halatali guildleves of the past reset time and you picked up the current reset time ones?
Sorry for my stupid explanation; as you can see on my signature, it's difficult for me to express myself on English... Hope you can understand the idea.

Thanks for the responses but everyone picked up leves at the same time, which was shortly after the reset. And the ones that we didn't do were able to be swapped out... except me of course. It's worked every other time.
