Have you tried opening ports? As for the update on lodestone why it took so long is because they will only do that once a certain amount of people contact their support directly about same problem. This tech support forum is 98% peer to peer support.

Well, i just saw their post saying they have 'recovered' from the issues, but my game is still unresponsive! Made 02 tickets regarding the same and i still have yet to hear from them. Seriously, what is happening here?

deleted and redownloaded (for the 4th time) and i noticed that the version it downloaded as 2015.12.12.0000.0001 but when i launched the game, it still shows 2015.12.12.0000.0000. is it possible that this is the issue that is causing the version check error? Playing on a ps4 so our options are very limited with regards to the "fixes" that i find online.

Same error. Tried everything: port forwarding, dmz, qos. Definitely not a problem on our end. I've been playing the game for 6 months without changing any network settings. All we can do is wait for em to fix it.. been 3 days so far

Day 4 here, if they not reply or fix this by late today or tomorrow at max I am canceling this prescription, I will not pay for their mistakes, sorry NO.
