i tried to connect to DU then change it to etisalat the moment it start downloading but the download stop and it says it's need the hotspot connection![]()
how do i change it to download the more than 13g with my landline :S
yesterday i used Du to enter the game .. thanks god that i didnt delete and reinstall it before
logging in was not a big problem to me .. i dont care how much it will cost me the important thing that i can log in again
and paly til my subscribe end
i giveup on etisalat to solve this issue in next coming days..

That's weird because it worked when I did it.
try to turn off the hotspot 1st then switch to Etisalat, and just like SESO-TAI suggested wait for it to reach 1% then switch.

I tried contacting Etisalat again, they informed me they're still working with SE and that Etisalat's end shows all ports are active. They asked me if I'm able to confirm with them if there are any Patching details or Port that needs to be reopened. Do you guys have any knowledge on this?
It seemed to me they want any information that can help. do you guys think sharing the version of the patch where we can't get past will help?
Edit: I sent the patch info, if there's anything else you think that can be helpful for them to know please share here so I can send it to them.
Question:
1. players who are still unable to login (at all) do you see the same numbers in the brackets (just making sure if everyone sees it I might need to send the entire number)?
2. players who logged in with Du, what is your current patch launcher version number?

yes, I was just checking. It's just good information to know.
They requested to know patching details. I thought that information might help them. maybe knowing these numbers are related to patch version might help them track down where the issue is. (example: allowing it through their firewall or like, track were the whole patching thing start to allow that) something along these lines. I'm no expert but I can just imagine this could help.. xD;
