please don't be discouraged and think that. I'm pretty sure SE would understand the frustration of players, they will need time to assist so we need to be patient and wait it out. part of the issue was due to this thread being in the technical thread, we should've posted from the start in the general discussion. so I think now everyone learned about this so the next time an issue like this occurs we can try doing that.
as said from other players, Etisalat and SE are currently communication with each other which is a good thing. I know many of us received different information from our ISP and that added more frustration, but I think now Etisalat is aware of it and maybe they shared the issue with other branches in case of further reporting they know that there's indeed an issue.
let'e keep our positivity and hopefully soon enough we will return to Eorzea.
