Regarding the Vpn, im gna try again now, for some reason im doing the right connections but the vpn is'nt transferring over with the connection..strange...

Oh and no reply from Etisalat, or SE. who i have been in contact with since Wednesday:/

No contact from Etisalat for me either. I'm also hoping for some compensation for this, since it's going on for so long. I'll contact em again tomorrow via phone and email.

Has anyone tried bridging/tethering their PS4 with their computer via an Ethernet cable? And use vpn through that? As described here... Gonna try that shortly.

Incoming update, jus spent two hours figuring out the vpn issue finally got it to work on my ps4. and im getting a black screen where the login box is supposed to appear :P
After abt a min, a msg appears " Cannot connect to the server within the time limit. There might have been a problem connecting to the network, or playstation Network ir the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy."

FML.....

When this issue first started I tried proxy, free vpn and a lot of these things and nothing seemed to work. If this issue is not solved by the next patch at least I think I will start by getting me one of those usb internet from du and see how I like their internet. Then I might switch the whole house.

But I'm here crossing fingers that SE, Etisalat and PSN solve this for us >_<
