They (care@etisalat) called me a few minutes ago. Theyre gonna write a complaint with all the details I gave them and forward it to their team of Technicians. It'll be 24-48 hours before I receive a reply from the technical team.

got another reply from PSN middle east stating the same thing, that it's an ISP issue.
Actually, seeing that Du users can connect confirms it. I too experienced the issue before the maintenance.
