Thank you so much i just used your link and sent a help ticket, but it seems some people are able to sign in and play!!! why some cannot?I was able to get on fine yesterday and didn't have any trouble today either. They not going to update lodestone or anything about any outage unless it affecting a lot of people. Have you tried contact support directly? Cause I have never seen them here in the tech section it just a peer to peer support. As for compensation no there 99% they not going to give you anything for time you couldn't play.
