I was able to get on fine yesterday and didn't have any trouble today either. They not going to update lodestone or anything about any outage unless it affecting a lot of people. Have you tried contact support directly? Cause I have never seen them here in the tech section it just a peer to peer support. As for compensation no there 99% they not going to give you anything for time you couldn't play.
