    So... the only solution is to pay more for Du? No way, I'd rather support Comcast. SE chat had told me this:

    After completing a Trace Route test to your Public IP Address, we are indeed detecting data packet-loss at the following server/location:

    ae27.cs1.lax112.us.eth.zayo.com [64.125.30.184] and

    lon-ra-ge-1-0.emix.net.ae [10.246.254.162]


    After trying restarting, re-installing, port forwarding, static IPs, etc. I believe this packet loss is ultimately the issue. I spoke to Etisalat and they said they can do nothing, even though Emix is their network.

    Is there really no way to fix this without switching ISPs or platforms? If so, I have never been so totally disappointed in a game and ISP before. It has absolutely soured my experience with XIV.
