This account on Twitter @FFXIVArabic has been contact with Etisalat and they told him to try logging in at around 10:30AM today because they are testing the solution. If anyone at home please try after 10:30AM today and tell us if it works please.

For you guys who only play on ps4 for ff14, it is worth to do the Du method to log in and keeping your ps4 on rest mode till the issue get solved.
