just saw this message from FFXIV, there will be PSN maintenance on Feb 4th, not sure if this has anything to do with us..

i think this is our bet and let's hope it's solved if not i will go to etisalat and complain about it with this thread as proof >.<
but i think that it's PSN problem or more specifically Etisalat branch in PSN :O
Cuz PC can log in even thought they are connected to etisalat too so probably PSN :s

This is the error I am getting on my ps4 version.

Same error. Tried everything: port forwarding, dmz, qos. Definitely not a problem on our end. I've been playing the game for 6 months without changing any network settings. All we can do is wait for em to fix it.. been 3 days so far

Day 4 here, if they not reply or fix this by late today or tomorrow at max I am canceling this prescription, I will not pay for their mistakes, sorry NO.

Just wondering, apparently it's under maintainence, but it's mentioned that it's from 25th to 26th, I couldn't login since 24th morning till now!!!! And no one from staff are updating us paying customers about this!!! This is irresponsible truly!!! Are they going to compensate us about theses days we already paid for?!!

I was able to get on fine yesterday and didn't have any trouble today either. They not going to update lodestone or anything about any outage unless it affecting a lot of people. Have you tried contact support directly? Cause I have never seen them here in the tech section it just a peer to peer support. As for compensation no there 99% they not going to give you anything for time you couldn't play.
