Outside of raids, where you should be communicating through voice chat, why does it matter that people may or may not know what card is being played on them?

A nice idea perhaps for newer AST. I only use a single macro on AST though and its a discard macro.

Yep, discard is the is the only macro I use, aside from a standard Disable <t> <tt> target macro.

Ideally one can click-off a "bad" card but having one button to trash it is way simpler to use. (/statusoff)

For the longest time i was clicking off the "bad" cards myself ,despite being on PS4, but it was always a risky thing in the middle of action (say, the chances of clicking off a buff, etc) so the discard macro is a blessing.

I had once a macro to remove every card. Today, the only card I remove using the macro is spire. I can find a good use for every card, but spire, sometimes, is so useless that I have to remove it... T^T
