If people could make new content/glamour suggestions without automatically asking for those items to be put into cash shop, that would be great.
F2P games live on puting popular stuff into cash shop, but if a game I am paying monthly for started introducing the most detailed and interesting gear in the cash shop, that would be a huge problem for me. At that point it isn't better than F2P.

IDK, in this situation it is an exclusive item for Chinese players due to the stuff we get and not them. If we were to get it on our game it seems only fair to me that the ones who want it have to buy it. Although I believe personally it shouldn't come here despite how much I may like the dress.

You do realize how difficult it is to run an MMO in China correct? You realize you need special servers in China and have to follow strict censorship rules? (skeletons were removed from this game in China).

This was a gift and incentive for players in China and I highly doubt this outfit will be available outside of China, even at cost, as it would be disingenuous to the Chinese playerbase, which SE is keen to not upset.
