    I just obtained one and I've found tons of information on how to get them, but absolutely none on what to do with it once I've got it.

    It's supposed to upgrade an ilvl 200 accessory, but nowhere can I find out how.

    Can someone tell me?

    There's a guy in idylshire that does it for you. Close to the retainer bell by the entrance. The option is something like "Repair antiquated gear" or something like that. Can't remember off of the top of my head. Hope this helps/.

    To upgrade your Esoteric gear go to the NPC who upgraded your law gear. Same process like before.
