Item Lost for server error

i was farming thordan the last night when fail the server, i win the paladin sword of thordan before disconnecting the server, but this morning to enter not have it in my inventory.

That really sucks. Are you sure its not in your armory chest or inventory? If one is full it will get placed in the other. If both are full, I guess thats your bad.

If you really lost it due to disconnecting thats awfully bad luck

i havent the sword in armory chest or inventory,and i have free slot in both

Well, there is an item reclaim you can do with the support. But its a once-in-a-lifetime-thing, I wouldn't waste it on an already outdated (i205 vs i210) weapon.
You just really had bad luck there, seems the server crashed before your inventory got saved. Guess all you can do is keep farming and hope it drops again or buy it from the tokens you get.

this should not pass, they have a log with what happened last night and they can see perfectly i said the truth, without i have reclaim item

You're probably not the only one. When they rollbacked, I was sent 2 or 3 minutes back in the past.

That's one of the problems with a server crash, there is a rollback. It's supposed to be 15s or so but, like you say, it can be a bit longer. Try and contact the GMs in game with full details of the time (in your zone) and see what happens. I think the EU GMs aren't working for a few days but when they come back give it a try. Good luck.
