Static LF BRD 3.2 progression - A4S on farm for months

Hi! Due to real life our bard sadly can not continue into 3.2 with us.
I'll try to get scheduling out of the way first. Right now our schedule is Sun-Thursday 8/9pm - 11:30/12 PST, depending on the day/when people get home from work. We typically only raid one or two days a week at the moment however. Once the patch hits we will get a more consistent time started.

We aim to go a lot during the first few weeks of progression. An open schedule is a must around that time, however there is no plans for anyone to take off work or anything like that. Usually around 3 hours a night, longer if people are feeling up to it, and possibly more on the weekends with a decent amount of breaks. Time will start to wind down after that no matter what part of the raid we are on. No one likes burn out.

In terms of player skill, we want you to be able to adeptly handle mechanics while maintaining high dps. A high level of skill is expected. We try to figure out exact points when songs are needed, and how long they need to be played. None of us want to lower your damage unless its necessary. Unfortunately there are times when things get out of hand and extra support is needed, but we really just want you to be the best that you want to be.

A little about the group. We are.. overly playful but at the same time we know when its time to be serious.. and when we don't none of us are afraid to tell everyone else that it is that time. There is no animosity felt if we are told to clear chat in the middle of an attempt or anything of that nature. We are all good friends, and understand that if people need to focus, or communicate, that comes before any personal feelings about being told to be quiet.

On the subject of friends, we have been playing together for a long time even though some of us were in separate groups. We're not just looking for someone to fill a raid spot, we want someone that wants to be active in and out of raid. Someone to call a friend at the end of the day. We try to do what we can together as a group, be it selling content, farming relic items, ilvl synced runs or even just wanting to run roulettes with eachother. For us, there will never be enough content, but the game is only as fun as you want to make it, and we definitely do everything we can to continue to have fun with each other.
